Pinned Solved Spa & Facilities

We are planning an anniversary reservation at Acami Massage Spa (SM MOA Complex). Can anyone who booked the couple's package confirm if the soundproofing effectively blocks street noise along Shaw Blvd?

Official Response from Amara Villanueva (Verified Spa Practitioner):

The Garden Suite at The Resting Leaf is located on the rear courtyard wing facing our quiet indoor bamboo garden, completely isolated from front-street traffic with double-glazed acoustic glass. The rain shower and changing area are 100% private within the couple suite.

Looking to book the 90-minute Aromatherapy at Acami Massage Spa (SM MOA Complex). Are the oils pure cold-pressed botanical extracts, and can clients sample scent vials before the treatment?

Official Response from Amara Villanueva (Verified Spa Practitioner):

Yes! Prior to entering the massage suite, our receptionist guides you through a scent test with 4 botanical tester vials: Serenity (Lavender-Chamomile), Revitalize (Lemongrass-Mint), Balance (Bergamot-Ylang Ylang), and Deep Relief (Wintergreen-Ginger) in pure sweet almond and golden jojoba oil.

Booking & Availability

What is the typical wait time for walk-in couples on Friday after 6 PM at Acami Massage Spa (SM MOA Complex)?

Official Response from Amara Villanueva (Verified Spa Practitioner):

We highly recommend reserving at least 3 to 4 hours in advance on Friday evenings. While single walk-in reflexology slots are occasionally open, couple private suites usually book out by midday.
