1. About these Terms
These Terms of Use govern the Massage Nexus website at www.massagenexus.com and the account, directory, contribution and community features provided through it. “Massage Nexus,” “we” and “our” mean the Massage Nexus service and its responsible operator. You can contact us at admin@massagenexus.com.
When you are asked to accept these Terms, your affirmative acceptance relates to the version and effective date presented to you. An electronic acceptance can form part of the record of your agreement. We do not treat merely reading a public page or logging in as a replacement for a required affirmative acceptance.
If you do not accept a required version, do not use the account features that depend on that acceptance. You may read public legal information and contact us about your rights. Acknowledging the Privacy Policy is different from accepting these Terms, and neither action automatically grants consent to optional analytics, marketing, health-information processing or treatment.
2. What the service provides
Massage Nexus provides a directory of establishments and practitioners, educational and community content, public profiles, contributions, reviews and related account features. Features may be introduced, limited or unavailable at different times. A description of a possible future feature is not a promise that it is currently available.
Booking availability depends on the provider and the enabled feature. A claimed establishment with an applicable service menu and schedule can receive a booking request through Massage Nexus. Submitting a request is not confirmation of an appointment: check its status and the provider's response, and do not assume a time or practitioner has been reserved. Any confirmation or reservation must come from the applicable provider workflow. Not every listed provider offers platform booking.
A personal plan or visit-history entry is your own record; it does not submit a request to a provider, reserve capacity or prove payment. For an unclaimed listing, a visit-recording feature is not a booking service. An inquiry or external link is also not a provider confirmation.
The provider supplies the treatment or other service and is responsible for its availability, professional suitability, prices, service conditions and fulfillment. Review the applicable price, cancellation and other conditions before requesting or confirming a service. Payment-method preferences do not process a payment. Checkout, deposits, refunds, marketplace sales, payouts and sensitive intake apply only where the relevant feature is enabled and its specific conditions and notices are presented; these Terms do not promise their availability or authorize health-information collection or treatment.
Massage Nexus may offer its own advertisements, sponsored listings or promotional placements. Paid promotion must be identified appropriately and is not an independent review or a guarantee of provider quality. Separate advertiser or campaign terms may apply to an enabled paid arrangement. Third-party advertising networks and their tracking are distinct: they require applicable disclosures and choices before activation. Accepting these Terms is not consent to optional advertising tracking.
3. Accounts and authority
Massage Nexus membership is for people aged 18 or older. Provide accurate information needed for eligibility, account verification and the features you request. A public display name need not expose your legal name, but it must not impersonate someone else or mislead people about your identity or role.
Each person may create and use only one personal Massage Nexus account. Do not create or use additional personal accounts, including to evade restrictions, manipulate reviews, ratings or rewards, or impersonate another person. If you lose access, use account recovery or contact support instead of creating a replacement account. One account may have client, practitioner and authorized provider-management roles; managed establishment or practitioner profiles are not additional personal accounts. Authorized internal service identities are separate from personal membership.
Keep your password, recovery codes and access credentials private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect compromise; this responsibility does not remove our own security obligations or make you automatically liable for every unauthorized action.
Representing an establishment, practitioner or other organization requires actual authority. Submitting a claim, correction or supporting document does not itself grant management access or prove all professional credentials. Do not use another person's account or claim an affiliation you do not have.
4. Directory information and independent providers
Directory information may come from public sources, contributors or provider representatives. It may be incomplete, outdated or disputed. A listed, claimed or reviewed profile does not by itself mean that Massage Nexus employs, endorses, insures or has verified every qualification of that provider.
Independent providers are responsible for their own services, professional scope, staff, facilities, prices, licenses, safety practices and legal obligations. Check important information directly before relying on it. Tell us about an inaccurate listing or misleading claim through an available correction/report feature or our contact email.
Our responsibility for operating the directory, handling our own representations and responding to relevant concerns is not transferred to users merely because providers are independent.
5. Your contributions and the permission you give us
You retain ownership of content you own. Submit only material you created or have sufficient permission or another lawful basis to use. This includes text, photographs, reviews, translations and information about other people. Attribution alone does not replace permission when permission is required.
For content you submit, you grant Massage Nexus a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission, usable worldwide as needed to operate the online service, to store, reproduce, format, resize, transcode and display it; moderate and protect it; and, for public contributions, publish, distribute and translate it within Massage Nexus and the relevant service's public previews or promotional references. Translations and formatting must remain consistent with the content's purpose and respect applicable author rights. Service providers may exercise these permissions only as needed to provide those functions for us.
Private account information, private visit notes and unpublished evidence are not licensed for public promotion. They are handled for their stated purposes under the Privacy Policy. This permission does not assign ownership to us, authorize sale of your content as an unrelated product, or grant a general license to train unrelated AI models.
The permission continues while the content is used for these purposes. After removal, limited copies may remain where reasonably needed for backups, moderation evidence, legal obligations or disputes, or where a contribution has lawfully become part of a shared directory record or another person's response. Those residual copies do not authorize new unrelated exploitation. We cannot erase copies already made independently by other people.
Reviews should describe genuine experiences and distinguish facts from opinions. Disclose relevant relationships or incentives. Do not manipulate ratings, submit fabricated experiences or disguise advertising as an independent review. A contribution is not guaranteed publication, continued visibility, payment, a reward or a particular ranking.
6. Platform material and permitted use
Massage Nexus reserves its rights in original researched descriptions, editorial text, photographs and artwork it owns, software, design and original selection, coordination or arrangement of directory and taxonomy material, where protected by law. Researching a listing does not transfer that original work to a listed provider or a person who later claims the profile. Correcting factual details or managing a profile does not assign ownership of our creative material. Other material remains subject to its contributors' or third-party owners' rights. Names and logos do not imply that every mark is registered or that its owner endorses the service.
You may browse, link to and use public information for lawful personal purposes. Reproduction, bulk harvesting, redistribution or commercial reuse of protected material requires an applicable permission or lawful exception. We do not claim copyright in facts or ideas merely because they appear in the directory. Statutory exceptions, lawful quotation and other rights that cannot be restricted remain available.
Open-source software, licensed media and other separately licensed resources remain governed by their own licenses. Website access is not an API subscription or permission to extract private data. Our Copyright and Intellectual Property Notice, when published, explains ownership and reporting in more detail; unpublished documents are not incorporated into these Terms.
7. Safe and lawful use
Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, exploitation, trafficking, unlawful solicitation or discriminatory abuse. Do not publish confidential information, non-consensual intimate material, sexual content involving minors, or material you have no right to disclose. A content label does not make prohibited material acceptable.
Do not distribute malware, attack accounts, obtain unauthorized access, evade bans or rate limits, manipulate reviews or rewards, spam, or harvest personal information. Do not interfere with the service or use automated access contrary to applicable access restrictions. Report a security concern to our contact email without accessing other people's data or publishing information that enables harm.
Ordinary public-facing images and content must be appropriate for their public context. Any permitted mature-content feature remains subject to its own eligibility, visibility and safety controls. Adult membership is not permission to bypass those controls.
8. Privacy, analytics and external services
The Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information and available rights. Necessary account and security functions differ from optional analytics. You may reject optional analytics without thereby refusing these Terms. Our Cookie and Similar Technologies Notice, when published, provides further information about browser storage and choices.
Maps, external links and content-assistance tools may involve third-party services and their terms or privacy practices. Article and editorial assistance can process submitted content through external AI providers. Do not send confidential, health, credential or other protected information through an ordinary public submission or assistance tool. We remain responsible for obligations applicable to our selection and use of those services.
9. Health and wellness information
Directory entries, articles, reviews, translations and automated suggestions are general information, not individualized medical advice, a diagnosis or a guarantee of a health result. They can contain errors. Discuss relevant medical conditions and service suitability with an appropriately qualified professional through a suitable private channel.
Practitioners remain responsible for their professional judgment, scope and treatment decisions. Use appropriate emergency services in an emergency. These statements do not excuse negligent platform conduct or remove protections that the law does not allow us to exclude.
10. Moderation and account restrictions
We may review submissions and reports and take proportionate steps to protect users, enforce these Terms and comply with law. Steps can include a correction request, warning, label, visibility limit, content removal, feature restriction, account suspension or termination. Urgent safety, fraud, security or legal concerns may require immediate action or lawful evidence preservation.
Where appropriate and safe, we will explain the relevant reason and how to request review. Email our contact with the affected content or account and a concise explanation of your appeal. We may need to limit information that would expose another person's private information, protected evidence or security measures. A negative review is not removed merely because a provider dislikes it.
11. Closing an account and service changes
You can stop using the service and contact us to request account closure or exercise a privacy right. Closure does not necessarily remove every public contribution, independently maintained directory fact or record lawfully retained for a dispute, security or another justified purpose. The Privacy Policy explains retention criteria and requests; no instant universal deletion is promised.
We may change or discontinue features and carry out maintenance. Interruptions, errors and external-service failures can occur. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. When a change materially affects your rights or use of an account feature, an appropriate notice or renewed affirmative acceptance may be required.
A new Terms version has its own version identifier and effective date. Required acceptance is linked to that published version, not every routine edit of a working document. Continued browsing or login alone is not a substitute for an explicitly required new acceptance or a separate consent.
12. Responsibility and mandatory protections
Use reasonable judgment when relying on directory information, user opinions or automated output. We cannot guarantee another provider's conduct or a particular service outcome. You remain responsible for your unlawful submissions and actions, and we remain responsible for obligations that apply to our own conduct.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or a remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, or requires you to waive mandatory consumer, privacy or other protections. These Terms do not impose a blanket duty to indemnify us for every claim, a fixed monetary liability cap or a waiver of all negligence claims. Any limitation is subject to applicable law and the actual circumstances.
13. Questions, disputes and the applicable rules
For a question, correction, appeal or dispute, email admin@massagenexus.com with the relevant page or account and the outcome you seek. Do not send passwords, recovery codes or unnecessary identity or medical documents. We may request reasonable verification before acting on a private account.
These Terms are governed by Philippine law, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that apply to you. A dispute may be brought before a competent court or authority under those rules. Contacting us does not prevent you from seeking an available legal or regulatory remedy. These Terms do not require private arbitration or waive a lawful right to complain.
If a provision cannot lawfully be applied, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent they can operate consistently with applicable law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive it on every occasion. Any change to these Terms must follow the published-version process described above.
